Dr. Brent Smith is a graduate of Juniata College with a bachelor of science degree in biology and a minor in psychology.  Following his undergraduate studies at Juniata College, he attended Pennsylvania College of Optometry where he received a doctorate of optometry in 2013.  He completed clinical rotations at Total Vision Maryland in Baltimore MD, The Eye Institute in Philadelphia PA, Northeast Eye Institute in Scranton PA, Weaver Eye Associates in York PA and James H. Quillen VA medical center in Johnson City TN.

After graduating from Pennsylvania College of Optometry Dr. Smith practiced at Weaver Eye Associates in York, PA until he joined Lititz Eye Care.  Dr. Smith practices full scope optometry including contact lens fitting, chronic and acute ocular disease management including glaucoma and macular degeneration.

Dr. Smith is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Pennsylvania Optometric Association.  He resides in York county with his wife, son and daughter. In his free time Dr. Smith enjoys running and weightlifting.
